The ozone aging test chamber is suitable for the aging and cracking tests of non-metallic materials and rubber products.

Chamber structure:
The chamber is processed and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an attractive and elegant appearance. It features a non-reactive door handle for easy operation.

Inner Chamber: Made of high-quality imported mirror-finished stainless steel sheet.

Insulation Material: High-density glass fiber wool.

Ozone Aging Test Chamber Stirring System: It uses a long-shaft fan motor with a stainless steel multi-blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong vertical diffusion and circulation.

Sealing Between Door and Chamber: Double-layer high-temperature-resistant, high-tension sealing strips are used to ensure the airtightness of the test area.

Base of the Machine: Equipped with high-quality fixed PU casters.

Observation Window: Multi-layer hollow tempered glass with an inner conductive film bonded by adhesive.

Built-in 360-Degree Rotating Sample Rack** (Rotation speed: 1 revolution per minute).
Control system:
The control system employs an imported Weilun color touch screen and a Siemens PLC module from Germany.

Precision: 0.1℃ (display range).

Control Method: Thermal balance temperature control.
Temperature Control System: Utilizes a P·I·D system for coordinated control on the same channel.

Automatic Calculation Function: The ozone aging test chamber is equipped with an automatic calculation feature to reduce the inconvenience caused by manual settings.

Ozone Concentration Control: Features a large-screen LCD display, an imported Siemens PIC programmable module, and a PLC analog expansion module. Display Screen: 4.3" STN LCD screen.

Screen Resolution: 192×64 pixels (supports display of 4 lines × 12 Chinese characters).

Connector: Equipped with an imported Siemens shielded communication cable.
Refrigeration system:
The refrigeration unit employs a fully enclosed compressor from the original French “Tecumseh” brand.

Refrigeration System Design**: Utilizes a single-stage or dual-stage low-temperature loop system.

Components:
Drying filter: “Alco” from the USA.
Oil separator: “GuanYa” from Taiwan.
Solenoid valve: “Castel” from Italy.

Air Circulation System**: Equipped with multi-blade fans for powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the test area.

Airflow Design: The air circulation system is designed for optimal outflow and return airflow, meeting test standards for air pressure and velocity. It also allows for a quick recovery of temperature and humidity stability when the door is opened.

Independent Systems: The temperature increase, temperature decrease, and humidification systems are completely independent, which enhances efficiency, reduces testing costs, extends service life, and lowers the failure rate.
